We manufacture 2 plates with each number configuration, one front plate and one rear plate. Thus, each front or rear German license plate will have a unique number. The City code and letters will be the same as pictured; only the last digits will be different. This ensures no duplicates are issued. The back of the license plate has a Z Plates Certificate of Authenticity registration seal with a unique number.
