At Z PLATES, many of our products are custom-made and personalized. Because custom products are created specifically for each customer, our return and refund policies differ from standard retail items. Please review this policy carefully before placing your order.
Custom and Personalized Products
Many Z PLATES products are made to order and personalized based on customer specifications.
Custom and personalized items are not eligible for return or refund, except in cases of a manufacturing defect or an error in production by Z PLATES.

Non-Custom Products
For non-custom products, returns may be accepted at our discretion. Items must be unused, in original condition, and returned within 14 days time after delivery. Contact us before returning any item to receive return instructions.
Shipping Fees
Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable, except as required by law.
Customs, Duties, and Import Fees
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
Undeliverable, Refused, or Unclaimed Shipments
Orders returned due to unpaid customs fees, refused delivery, unclaimed shipments, incorrect or incomplete addresses, or other delivery issues outside our control are not eligible for refund, except as required by law.
Re-Shipping Costs
If a shipment must be resent due to delivery issues, including incorrect addresses, refused delivery, or unpaid customs fees, the buyer is responsible for any additional shipping or re-shipping costs.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a product with a manufacturing defect or an error in production by Z PLATES, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will evaluate the claim and may offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.
Order Cancellations
Because many products are custom-made, orders may not be canceled once production has begun. If you need to request a cancellation, contact us as soon as possible and we will evaluate your request.
