Many Z PLATES products are made to order and personalized. Because custom products are created specifically for you, custom and personalized items are not eligible for return or refund except in cases of manufacturing defect or error in production by Z PLATES.

4. Orders and Payment
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including for suspected fraud or unauthorized activity.
5. Shipping and Delivery
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Z PLATES is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or events outside our control. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable, except as required by law.
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
Orders returned due to unpaid customs fees, refused delivery, unclaimed shipments, incorrect or incomplete address, or other delivery issues outside our control are not eligible for refund, except as required by law.
If a shipment must be resent due to delivery issues, the buyer is responsible for any additional shipping or re-shipping costs.
